DIS are a group of companies which takes pride in providing a wide range of clients with a complete in-house package of quality assured Mechanical Building Services including air conditioning, commercial heating, ductwork and air distribution systems. DIS had a well established and documented management system meeting the quality and environmental requirements of ISO 9001:2008 and ISO 14001:2004 and were looking for support to transition to the new 2015 requirements. On behalf of ConsultQA, I attended the head office in Cheltenham for 4 days and worked closely with the HS&E Coordinator to review all the existing documentation and update it as required. I also briefed the Directors on the new requirements of the 2015 standards with a particular focus on the new Leadership clause.
