H is for Help not Hindrance

For too many businesses, the day-to-day experience of maintaining and working under a management system, is that the system processes and procedures are an extra layer of paperwork to be tolerated or worked around; management system documentation is perceived as too complex and (if it is followed at all) is simply a check-box exercise aimed at passing internal and external audits. Hearing such tales of woe is, for me, equal parts sympathy-inducing (who wants to have additional paperwork?!) and galvanising to help such an organisation strip out the burden and get the system (that they are paying for!) to actually work for the benefit of the business and help (not hinder) day to day operations.

Whether starting from scratch or working with a system that has evolved over many years, we strive to embed “lean” principles in structuring your management system, ensuring the requirements of the standard are met in the most concise way possible, with processes and procedures reflecting what you do, not the other way around. With careful consideration and engagement with top management, we aim to develop a system to help your business deliver its strategic objectives, effectively manage compliance and stakeholder requirements and drive continual improvement across your business and supply chain.
