‘What else can we do?’

A question that a client asked me recently, I’ve worked with them since 2020 and helped them to gain certification to ISO 9001 (quality management) ISO 14001 (environmental management) and ISO 45001 (health and safety management). Their business is really starting to grow and they are steadily increasing the number of employees, and are looking to develop their culture and business further. Partially to help win tenders and customers, and attract the right calibre of employees, but also as the two Directors are keen to ‘do the right thing’.

It was an interesting question, and I couldn’t really find a list of suggestions to give them so I put one together and this series is the result!
