Helen has provided 1-2-1 support to me over the last 18 months during a time of huge change and growth of my company. She has brought a range of creative thinking skills and a creative approach to problem solving which has been so helpful. Helen is intimately involved with the company and 'gets us' but balances that with an outsider viewpoint to help me see things differently. She effectively challenges my thinking to enable me to consider risks and make better decisions and is a great person to bounce ideas off. She has supported and encouraged me to develop an exit plan which has recently resulted in an acquisition by a strategic partner in the industry and now continues to support me during the transition and integration within the Group. As well as supporting me on a strategic level, she has been instrumental in two key Special Projects by getting deeply involved in the technical and practical aspects of the project, both of which have had successful outcomes and satisfied customers. I couldn't have got this far, this fast without her.

Working with Helen and David at HKW Risk Management played a pivotal role in guiding us to achieve ISO 9001 certification. Their expertise and support not only helped us meet the certification requirements but also provided us with a valuable opportunity to reflect on our business's growth and achievements. Implementing more robust quality management systems into our operations has been a game-changer for us. We're grateful for their partnership and the positive impact it's had on our business.

We have worked with Helen since 2018 and she has been heavily involved with our environmental management system throughout that time. She continues to support the in house team by suggesting improvements to be made and carrying out the lengthy compliance checklist process at all of our office locations. She is a great communicator and effective at talking to everyone across the business from our catering team to our fee earning partners about our impacts on the environment and what we can do to mitigate these. We feel that Helen is strongly committed to us as a client and we appreciate her enthusiasm in supporting our responsible business aims and helping us to improve our environmental performance.

Thank you for all your help and support over the last 6 months, and especially for making the ISO project such a smooth and enjoyable process. We have had some significant changes at Alarmtec over the past 6 months so we are relieved that we’ve kept the quality management project on track. Just wanted to say “thank you” for your help over the last two visits.  I understand the criticality of ISO certification to this part of the business but it takes me away form a lot of other business critical issues which is why I may have looked a little overwhelmed on Thursday.  Its fair to say the process could have been a lot more onerous were it not for your guidance and assistance. David was a great help and honestly, the whole process would have been a lot more stressful without his guidance and advice.
