OUR TEAM

I set up HKW Risk Management in 2016 and initially completed all projects on my own but as the business has grown I have gathered a team of likeminded people to work with - we have a range of skills and specialisms but we are all curious people who ask lots of questions and are interested in the answers. We also have a similar straightforward approach to identifying risks and implementing management systems. And importantly, most of us enjoy eating cake…

COMPLIANCE GROUP

In June 2020 (during Lockdown 2) I set up a Zoom call between a small group of people that I wanted to introduce to each other. That initial hour developed into the 'Compliance Group' and we now meet every month (alternating between Zoom and face to face over lunch / cake). We are all specialists in a range of compliance related disciplines and use the network to learn new things and support each other on client projects (as well as for the occasional rant to a supportive audience!)

I’m an Ergonomics Consultant, a Fitwel ambassador and a WELL Movement concept advisor. I’m fascinated by how the built environment affects people and their wellbeing, physically and mentally and how we can make this a positive experience through the application of ergonomics. With over 15 years experience working with clients across the world to provide expert ergonomics consultancy to all types of organisations. I deliver a range of workplace services including developing ergonomic programmes, office or virtual home assessments, furniture selection, training sessions and seminars.

Qualitait

I set up Qualitait Quality Assurance Consultancy service in Aug 2019. I’d worked in Quality Professional roles since 2003 and this was my opportunity to draw on the diversity of industries and expertise and put it to good use working with businesses who often do not need a full-time member of staff and/or who benefit from a one off project.

As a Chartered Quality Professional I have found I can provide support to implement quality management systems and improvement projects with the guidance to go on to certify in ISO or industry specific accreditations.

Quality assurance is more than just a system, a process, an audit or compliance. I help you understand the potential of your organisation and the transformation you want to take, using an expert, visual and holistic approach, helping to put quality at the heart of your business principles.

I want your company to think about the future with sustainable skills, experiences and resilience that has a lasting benefit and have a system to inspire your management and employees and encourage people of all ages and backgrounds to get involved in a proactive healthy quality mindset.

The best thing I have found since starting up Qualitait, is being able to offer a bespoke service. I ask the client what their needs are and if they don’t know, I work with them to help them achieve all their mandatory requirements before moving onto the “nice to haves”. I offer a service as close to an in house service as I can and ensure clients can contact me at anytime to discuss their individual concerns.

Our compliance management software is a super diary and filing system which tells you when to take action for anything in your business, lets you store the documents associated with your compliance, tells you what’s coming up, what has been missed and sends alerts out in advance of critical deadlines.

CSRB

Personal data protection and confidential document management is often seen as a rather dull, dusty corner of an organisation. A minefield of complicated General Data Protection Regulations (UK GDPR) and legal compliance. Organisations which protect personal data properly send a clear message to the wider public that they care; that they are responsible and ethical in all their dealings. After all, any data breach, whether that’s the sending of personal documents from a coffee shop whilst working remotely, or the hacking of internal business records, carries heavy financial penalties or sanctions from the regulator. In addition the damage to your organisation’s reputation can be permanent. Why would you take the risk?

CSRB provide a full data protection consultancy, data protection audits, GAP analysis and report service, online data protection training and a full policy document service. Further to this we protect your hard copy personal data via document scanning, shredding and storage services.

Our eco values are so important and CSRB will plant a new tree for each new client instruction, whilst providing all data protection services and support remotely. Protecting people and the planet.
