Bristol Waste Company has recently been certified to ISO 9001:2015 following a successful Stage 1 and Stage 2 process carried out by Approachable Certification. We received some very good feedback during the audits, positive comments were made on the comprehensive and detailed internal audits that I had carried out during the implementation process as well as the commitment and leadership demonstrated by the Directors. Operational management controls were also highlighted as being excellent.
A lot of effort and commitment had been put into the implementation process over the last 6 months so to receive such positive 3rd party audit reports was excellent news.

Starting ISO9001 was a daunting task for us as Bristol Waste Company. Helen helped to make the task more manageable by breaking it down into simple processes and actions. She also became very much part of the team at BWC and worked well with all areas of the business and really got involved in understanding our whole operation. With Helen’s support we achieved our ISO 9001 with no amendments and are now looking to implement ISO 14001 with her support.
